Description
Our horse hoods are made in our shop in Lennon, Michigan.
- These hoods do an excellent job of keeping manes down and protecting braids.
- They also work well as a liner underneath a heavy hood to protect the mane from rubbing out.
- Fit is very important. Make sure the noseband is snug and that there is enough length from poll to withers.
- Full zippers
- Our hoods have extra large eye holes and ear holes.
- Adjustable elastic girth strap with side release fastener.
- Fabric: Nylon spandex w/ lycra
- Sizes: X-Small (Up to 46”); Small (up to 13 hands); Medium (up to 14.2 hands); Large (up to 15.3 hands);X-Large (up to 16.3 hands)
- Note: These hoods are not intended for turnout. Always check to make sure that the fabric never interferes with the eyes. If the hood rides up into the eye, remove it. Failure to do so could result in eye irritation or scratching
