This kit includes the exhaust packing and rivets for Barker’s mufflers.

Note: We also offer a complete muffler repack kit that includes all internal components for Barker’s mufflers.

⚠️ Fitment Matters

Barker’s mufflers are available in round or oval cans and in 12″, 14″, or 18″ lengths (can length only — exhaust tip not included). Some systems, such as the Raptor 700, are available in both shapes.

When to Repack

Inspect your muffler packing regularly. Packing wear depends on riding conditions and style.

If your muffler becomes noticeably louder or you hear rattling inside the can, the packing is depleted and should be replaced before riding again to prevent muffler damage.
